'Dreamer In Concert' is Stacey Kent's eagerly awaited third release on EMI's legendary 'Blue Note' label and also represents her first-ever 'live' album.
Recorded at last May in Paris, Stacey Kent delivers fresh interpretations of some of the most emblematic songs in her repertoire, including standards from the Great American Songbook such as: The Best Is Yet To Come, They Can't Take That Away From Me and It Might As Well Be Spring. The album also features four previously unrecorded numbers (including one featuring lyrics by Man Booker Prize winning Novelist, Kazuo Ishiguro) as well as two beautiful songs from Antônio Carlos Jobim.

Dreamer In Concert is Stacey’s third album for EMI's Blue Note label. Her first, Breakfast on the Morning Tram, was released in September 2007 and sold more than 330,000 copies worldwide. In 2009, it was certified Platinum in France, certified Double Gold in Germany and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Vocal Jazz Album.
Her follow up album, Raconte-moi, released in Spring 2010, is certified Gold in France and received critical acclaim worldwide - becoming one of the biggest selling French-language albums outside of France that year.
